These new rods are of the same “top fuel” design as our proven Kohler Command billet rods that regularly see over 11,000rpm. CNC machined from 7075 T-6 billet aluminum with 3-D machined radii instead of sharp chamfers to prevent stress cracks from forming. We stayed away from the weak canted cap design after seeing so many of them fail at high rpm. They use the same high quality bearings and bolts and are precision honed to exact specifications. Available in stock length and for .750” pin height pistons for big bore builds.
