Billet Connecting Rods

These “Top Fuel” style rods are CNC machined from 7075 T-6 billet aluminum with 3-D machined radii instead of sharp chamfers to prevent stress cracks from forming. Rods have undergone extensive computer stress analysis and the current design has taken unnecessary material away from locations and added it where it matters in order to keep strength up and weight down. Both the crank and wrist pin journal has been Precision honed to exacting specifications. Features 5/16” 170,000 psi tensile strength 12 point bolts. Caps locate on the .100” step and the heads of the bolts for perfect alignment with the rod every time. Rods come ready to run with bolts and bearings. 0.010” under brings are available on request. Sold in pairs.
